Influencer Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for a German-speaking Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing influencer marketing team and help us scale the Creator's business in the European markets at SuperAwesome. This role will focus on German influencers specifically while also supporting activations in EMEA and the UK. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in influencer marketing in these markets, superior organizational skills, creativity, energy and enthusiasm for the influencer industry to help continue to grow and support our biggest EMEA and UK accounts! We expect you to select the best suited social platform (from YouTube to Instagram, to TikTok to Twitch) and talent for our clients and their campaigns, with knowledge of family, kids, teen and gaming verticals to execute influencer campaigns and deliver successfully, fun and exciting creative strategies for our branded content.

In this role, you will

• Support the SuperAwesome sales team by preparing creative strategies and proposals for our customers. This includes providing talent and platform recommendations, creative content suggestions, timelines and budgeting.
• Own the proposal process by ensuring all elements are covered and clear prior to sharing with the wider teams/client.
• Source, vet, recommend, and contract talent based on client’s requirements and KPIs as well as campaign goals.
• Manage the negotiation process with talent or their representation; from deal signature to launch, implementation and campaign analysis with a strong understanding of budgeting and numbers to ensure clients KPIs are hit and the campaign is a success.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in German. Candidate will be expected to carry out business and communicate in German to talent and clients across emails, in-person or video meetings.
• 2+ years of previous experience managing influencer or client relationships in the influencer space. You know how to engage with clients and understand how to communicate, no matter the situation;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to any sudden problems or changes to the plan;
• A positive personality who is solutions oriented and able to work autonomously and within teams;
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously;
• Knowledge of the influencer marketing space in EMEA and the UK with a focus on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch;
• Excellent people skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and long term partnerships
• Can work under pressure to deliver excellent quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the gaming space (creators and platforms) is not mandatory but would be considered a plus!
• Efficiency with the Google Suite - Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
