Influencer Marketing Manager

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Xoilium is developing a new Play-To-Earn game called Rebel Bots- Xoil Wars, it is a cross platform card battle game, players will be able to play, progress,and earn in a single player or multiplayer sci-fi themed game taking place in outer space.

Our Vision is to create a leading game franchise within the blockchain games space by building the Rebel Bots brand with several gaming titles. Players will be able to use the characters they own in all games within the Rebel Bots Universe. Among our goals is to create a truly social gameplay which enables players to join forces with other players and experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Influencer Marketing Specialist manages the end-to-end operations of a brand’s influencer marketing campaigns. The main responsibility is to build a team of influencers who will best partner with the company and coordinate with the marketing team and marketing agencies regarding the marketing campaigns and strategies of our games.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and find Influencers who can partner with us in promoting our game while making sure the partnership will produce a favorable ROI
• In-charge of all the communication and relationship- building with the influencers
• Make sure that the influencers’ activities are in line with the marketing strategy
• Coordinate and brainstorm with the internal marketing team and the marketing agency on the campaigns
• Draft proposals for the campaigns and setting and monitoring KPIs to measure the campaign’s success
• Assist the influencer in making content, provide direction and creative insights in line with the campaign’s goals
• Be the mediator between the company and the influencers, making sure to always find the common ground (budget vs. creativity) to achieve great relationship between the two parties.
• The Influencer Marketing Specialist needs to keep up with the latest social media trends and regulations, s/he is expected to conduct regular market research
• Test new features in Social Media platforms
• Stay on top of marketing campaigns and stay ahead of the social media trends

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Are deeply knowledgeable of social media, its marketing features and trends
• Have at least 4 years experience in digital marketing and social media management, at least 2 years of which as an influencer marketing specialist or its equivalent
• Experience in marketing games
• Experience in marketing blockchain platforms or blockchain related products an advantage
• Love research and continuous learning
• Great communicator and an integrator
• Have great people skills as you are dealing with different personalities
• A great multi-tasker
• Preferably have a degree in Marketing
• Preferably have a network of influencers in the gaming/ crypto space
• Able to work within the CET timezone
