Join Prime Gaming, a fast-growing team at Amazon where your ideas have the potential to reach millions. Work with game developers to grow their business and help content creators reach new audiences, while delivering messaging about Prime Gaming across multiple Platforms.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to help create and maintain the strategies that Prime Gaming needs to build long lasting relationships with content creators, and broader brand awareness. You will help manage communication between our team and the selected content creators while also working to develop influencer strategies that can drive both short and long-term goals. You will be responsible for curating influencers that meet the business needs of Prime Gaming while also being a perfect brand fit for our partners, developing processes around Influencer communication and data management while ensuring our content creators are helping to drive brand awareness and customers into Prime Gaming. You will also be expected to build relationships with external partner stakeholders as well as the influencers that we have chosen to work with, to not only grow our own business goals but to also foster authentic growth and collaboration within their own communities.

You know how to be scrappy but can also operate as part of a larger team and business. The role requires “outside the box” thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus. You will have a larger view of our influencer campaigns as a whole, but also able to keep track of all of the details around asset management and data gathering.

You wrangle disparate ideas into a well-crafted documents organized around central themes and concepts and present them with confidence.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
· 2+ years of program or project management experience in a related industry
· 2+ years of experience in running cross functional projects and programs
· 2+ years of experience in an infulencer marketing field or related role



Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with doing outreach to content creators for business activations
· A desire to improve processes and streamline workflows
· Equally comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in and/or a passion for video games on various platforms (mobile, PC, console)
· Past experience in a high performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company is highly valued
