Who We Are:

The Communications team manages all public relations and influencer marketing for 2K titles. We are a team of talented storytellers, passionate video game players and communications professionals dedicated to raising awareness and driving purchase intent for our slate of fantastic games. We challenge ourselves to create fresh strategies, and leverage our deep relationships with influencers, consumer media and enthusiast press to tell compelling brand stories.

What We Need:

An experienced influencer marketing professional to be a primary stakeholder in the continued development and evolution of 2K’s creator program, NextMakers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the content creation industry within the video game space, intimate knowledge of the tools of the trade, a history of influencer relations, and is determined to apply all for the betterment of creator and publisher relationships. This position requires a degree of empathy towards the brands content creators have built independently while also understanding the business needs of 2K. Creating mutual benefit for both organization and creator is the foundation of NextMakers and the primary tool 2K will utilize in building sustainable long-term relationships with its most passionate and influential players.

2K is looking for an influencer marketing professional with experience launching video games, ongoing lifecycle management, and a personal passion for breaking down walls between publisher and content creators. They have a service-oriented mindset and are seasoned project managers capable of motivating, directing, and holding teams accountable for delivering against global campaign plans. The ideal candidate has a history or working cross functionally within an organization. They have experience with (or at least a strong interest in) taking a data-driven approach to their influencer marketing strategy. They are versed in and have experience working with social and CRMs, influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, a history with affiliate marketing, and an intimate knowledge of Discord.
