Reports To (Title): Head of Publishing Suite

Department: Publishing Suite

INTERNSHIP PURPOSE:

You will help implement Xsolla’s influencer program by identifying new and exciting talent, tracking

multiple projects, and assisting the Marketing and Creative teams in launching new campaigns.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong, data-based lists of new influencers to create engaging content for our program and upcoming campaigns
  • Update and track multiple content creation schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
  • Assist the Influencer Associate Manager with administrative duties such as facilitating finance and legal paperwork, organizing digital assets, and updating databases
  • Assist the Influencer Associate Manager to run influencer promotions by working with internal partners
  • Stay up-to-date with trending topics and viral hashtags to actively apply them to Xsolla’s digital partnership campaigns
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • General Gaming industry knowledge.
  • Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience researching influencers/talent and assisting in project management preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including (but not limited to) YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat required
  • Graphic design & video editing skills a major plus
  • Ability to analyze social data to improve user-generated content and campaign performance is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational ability
  • Proactive, always proposing and trying new ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast paced scale-up environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while achieving a high degree of accuracy and meeting deadlines.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities including effectively prioritizing a significant workload.

  • Ability to participate in special projects.

  • Performs well on cross-functional project teams and with external vendors and clients.
  • Both understand and sell the product.

External Relationships:

  • Managing relationships with influencers

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Currently enrolled in accredited program
  • Prior social media experience.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to build successful client relationships.
  • Established track record of driving revenue.
  • Must have a passion for games and/or prior experience in the game industry.
