About the Role:
You will be responsible for sourcing new influencers and growing the influencer program to promote our mobile games. As the Influencer Marketing Account Manager you will play a large role in supporting the Content and Partnerships team in driving brand awareness and loyalty through influencer marketing. This role will report to the CEO with a dotted line to the Director of Talent and VP Marketing.
Requirements
- Preferred Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, or another business-related field
- You are immersed in TikTok and Instagram and are up to date with all the latest trends both as a consumer and creator
- Passion for social media marketing and knowledge of brand-relevant social influencers
- Ability to troubleshoot, pivot quickly and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Your success will be measured on two vectors:
- the reach and growth of the influencer program, and
- the growth of our gaming app driven by influencers and content partnerships which you source and manage.
- You will be responsible for sourcing new influencers via outreach and communication strategies, negotiating with influencers and onboarding them to our program.
- You will maintain an ongoing awareness of trends in the social media landscape including the tracking of current brand influencer partners, identifying new celebrity + influencer partnership opportunities, and monitoring upcoming content trends across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube & Facebook.
- You will work with influencer and acting talent across the Live Play Mobile organization to create social media posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook which meet the company’s engagement and growth targets.
- Hands-on influencer marketing campaign execution, including: Drafting of creative campaign briefs, partner sourcing and collaboration, identifying celebrity and partner opportunities, vetting and compiling influencer lists, outreach, monitoring trends and compiling campaign reports.
- Develop a system for tracking ongoing projects including partnership sourcing, communication and management
