Indirect Sourcing Manager

Summary

What You'll Do

• You will play a key role in driving more effective contracts that better benefit Aristocrat both in cost and service offerings, as well as streamlining the tools, processes, and forms we utilize.
• Drive effective and efficient global indirect sourcing projects to lower the operating expense (OpEx) of the company at all levels, produce best in class data packages, and ensure complete alignment.
• Manage and execute contract Agreements consistent with Aristocrat Sourcing guidelines, and Compliance to Agreement.
• Direct process and strategy for complex request bid packages and proposals (RFQ, RFI, RFP).
• Support Indirect Global Sourcing Directors on project related tasks and Purchase Requisitions, and Supplier engagement.
• Reconcile open purchase orders, follow up on delivery dates, PO closure, ensure processing of AP actions including invoice payment.
• Handle daily communications with internal Stakeholders and Customers, to include Project managers, Budget holders, Legal, Cyber Security and Data Privacy Management.
• Evangelize and support stakeholders through sourcing policy and process.

Job Requirements/ Responsibilities

• The Sourcing Manager will manage a series of indirect spend category projects, including but not limited to Marketing and Media Buying, through the (RFI) phase, official Request for Quotes (RFQs), and related revisions and negotiations, as well as execution hand off to indirect purchasing / buyer for Purchase Order (PO) execution.

• Partner with the Marketing Team to support initiatives in the sourcing of Merchandise, Promotions, Advertising – Production/Creative, Tradeshows and other Events, Market Research and Direct Media and Digital Marketing.

• Execute and manage contracts as well as flow Purchase Order (PO) requirements to indirect buyers for execution.
• Create project charters and socialize with key stakeholders (daily interactions may include senior leadership).
• Drive to achieve net savings and cost avoidance across several indirect spend categories.
• Drive insight and regular reporting cadence on all key indirect spend – aligning with the analytics team lead to ensure understanding in key areas of spend, upcoming contracts renewals, necessary RFPs or key procurements.
