Incubation Lead Online Engineer

As a Lead Online Engineer in Bungie ’s Incubation group , you will play a leadership role in building the online architecture for a new persistent world . You're a resourceful self-starter who is adaptable in a changing environment. You’ll lead a team to utilize a wide range of technologies , building core networking, multiplayer, social and online systems, leading scale planning and cost modeling efforts, and driving innovation in the player experience and social ecosystem . As part of a diverse company that prizes creativity and technical excellence, you will work with a fun and inspirational cross-discipline team motivated to create the best games in the world.

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely. Once the studio is fully reopened, most work is expected to be performed in-person at our main headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
