OVERVIEW
London Studio are building a team from the ground up for an upcoming PlayStation 5 online game. Quality is something that we are immensely proud to be aiming for, and we are looking at putting the right team together to help take us forward. New starters will be joining at the perfect time to get involved in shaping our plans for a project we are exceptionally passionate about.
We are also part of a wider network of PlayStation Studios and there are lots of opportunities for collaboration and wider support from our sister studios like Insomniac, Guerrilla, Naughty Dog and Media Molecule to name a few.
We are in search of a dynamic, self-motivated, and team-spirited Recruiter to join our incredible HR team. Reporting to our Studio HRBP, you will help grow the team to meet our recruitment goals, whilst ensuring the candidate experience is at the centre of everything we do. If you already have full-cycle technical recruitment experience, we want to hear from you. Prior Video Games Development Studio experience is a bonus but not required.
Recruitment
- You are used to overseeing and driving the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with the HR team to support the recruitment strategy
- Actively build up a network of sourcing candidates for our open roles
- Guide, assist, and train our Managers through the complete recruitment process:
- Training on interview techniques
- Organising interviews
- Managing our Greenhouse Recruitment system
- Checking our job descriptions using gender bias software
- Being the recruitment agencies point of contact
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end candidate experience:
- Ensuring they are kept up to date on any developments
- Answer any recruitment queries
- Gather candidate feedback on their experiences
- Manage candidate NDAs
- Produce offer and onboarding paperwork, ensuring that it is received back from new starters
- Support with Visa and Right to Work if needed
Employer Branding
- Ensure our LinkedIn and other External facing platforms reflect our studio values and culture, understanding that our Team and work is a great representation of who we are.
- Collaborate with our Communications Manager to ensure our comms reflect our voice in an authentic and best way
- Attend industry events to get our brand out there
Diversity & Inclusion
- You will have a passion for diversity and inclusion and build long-lasting commitments to recruitment diversity by:
- Supporting our DE&I partners
- Ensuring partners are utilised in our recruitment strategy
- Advertising our roles to the relevant boards
- Working with the Studio HRBP to support our outreach efforts by providing research and knowledge on the industry i.e., talent migration

Our roles can be flexible in terms of work location in the UK. We will consider the individual’s preference for hybrid, remote or onsite working. Unfortunately we are not in a position to accommodate remote working outside of the UK.
