Your Mission
As Implementation Manager you will be responsible for managing new Tableau dashboard implementations. They serve as the business owner and leader of these implementations and are accountable for delivering documentation, training, and adoption. This role supports the ongoing needs of the business while ensuring best practices implemented throughout the organization. This individual will also help manage business expectations and gather requirements as well as help with ad-hoc requests. Advocate continuous improvement methodologies and tools across the business and responsible for facilitating project identification and implementation in coordination with business operations.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage implementation of new tableau dashboard(s) end to end while maintaining communication throughout the course of the dashboard build
- Plan, lead, and organize multiple initiatives in accordance with approved requirements and schedule
- Create training material and conduct training that is scalable across over 2,000 users
- Assist in translating business requirements into robust, scalable dashboard that will drive proper business action
- Ensure business adoption of the dashboards that have been created
- Interact directly with various stakeholders ranging from HR leadership to warehouse operations and end-users
- Provide testing and sign off of data accuracy of Tableau dashboards
- Assist in large ad-hoc request from the business
- Manage implementation schedule and workload using an agile methodology
- Assist in multiple business meetings as a representative of the people analytics team to support business leaders with additional context of the data being presented in dashboards
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferred and 5 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of degree, high school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience
- Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Our stakeholders are diverse, and you can communicate and translate information to audiences at all levels
- Posses the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- Familiar with agile methodology
- Proven ability to assign and communicate priority of initiatives
- Experience in project management or strong organizational skills and attention to detail
