The quest

As a IT Specialist at Fall Damage, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal development processes run smoothly. This position offers the unique opportunity to participate in product and design discussions, fostering a sense of ownership and creativity in your work.

• Provide IT systems administration and user support for windows and desktop machines.
• Onboarding new team members and resolving technical issues.
• Offer hands on support with hardware at the office in Stockholm.
• Manage internal services using a mix of SaaS and self-hosted solutions such as Google Workspace, Azure AD, Discord, Confluence and Jira.
• Automate wherever possible; implement DevOps practices for IT related processes.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team in operating project-wide CI/CD systems.
• If you have the time and interest, build & maintain custom user-facing services.

Your player profile

Perhaps you are currently working at another studio or maybe you have a strong desire to join the industry, either way, we want you to be a self driven and open person, passionate about gaming.

We believe that you truly enjoy collaborating with people from different crafts to understand what tools and systems are needed to create an epic gaming experience. And of course, to come up with and develop those solutions together with your delightful team.

Background/Skills:

• Professional experience with administration of workstations, servers and services.
• A strong understanding of Windows IT fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Bash/PowerShell scripting and at least one full-fledged programming language.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure and container technology.
