IT Technician Intern

Job Description
As an IT Technician Intern, you will be assisting the Senior IT Technician on supporting the on-site employees on the hardware and software of the Ubisoft Danang studio, employees, and teams, while maintaining a high level of customer support aligned with both the world-wide IT standards and the local business needs. You will learn how to support game developers, how to work in a global company and much more.
Responsibilities
- Offer on-site and remote support to end users within the local responsibility
- Ensure approved security best practices and policies are being applied
- Build and install the new employees work environment
- Maintaining the local meeting room configurations
- Provides support for events & meetings
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions
- Support employees during equipment moves
- Maintain the IT asset inventory
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
- Any relevant experience in Information Technology
- First experience in technical support to end users is beneficial
Knowledge and Skills
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge in PC, laptop, Wi-Fi support
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Interest in Gaming and IT industry
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ready to help and get hands on
- Great team spirit
