IT Tech Lead Dublin:
- Take the lead on bringing DW Platform tech into the IT team’s workflow
- Make recommendations on the ROI of platform adoption decisions
- Be the primary point of contact for IT guidance for DW and CT teams in Europe
- Represent the DW IT team in technical discussions with ATVI IT
- Be a technical mentor to junior members of the team
- Have an opinion on technical discussions and critically assess asks of the team
- Identify and communicate dependencies
- Present recommendations to the IT manager on future projects
- Improve team’s internal documentation
- Take an active role in working with the IT manager on budgeting and purchasing
- Collaborate with with peers from CT IT and ATVI IT to bring their learnings into DW, e.g. Devkit management processes
