We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our IT HR team and manage the first stage of your recruiting process.

What you will do:

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain candidate databases
Continuously look for new trends in the IT Talent Sourcing & Talent Acquisition field
