Job description
Working under the IT Lead, you will be in charge of running a seamless IT system (hardware, applications, servers, networks) while ensuring upgrades and security. As a versatile and adaptable technician and technophile, you contribute to the quality and continuity of the service delivered to users.
As part of your work, you will be in charge of:
- Receiving user queries ;
- Registering queries/tickets ;
- Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 incidents ;
- Escalating complex incidents ;
- Maintaining daily reports ;
- Contributing to documenting the activity of the department ;
- Managing and maintaining hardware and software assets ;
- Managing and maintaining PlayStation Kits.
Working in close collaboration with the IT Lead and the rest of the IT department, you are keen to play a role in major projects:
- Complete network and security overhauls
- Creating / Restructuring the Active Directory
- Maintaining the Exchange messaging system
- Maintaining and monitoring the Mainframe
- Optimizing the Support / Ticketing tool
- Upgrading the IT equipment.

Required skills
- You have good relational skills that enable you to develop and sustain constructive relations with contacts and users
- You have a good knowledge of network components and operating systems
- You are familiar with solving level 1 to 2 incidents
- You can read and understand documentation in English
- You are keen to commit to innovative projects with high added value
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- You are organized, dynamic, rigorous, self-motivated and have good communication skills. You are passionate about your work and have a good sense of service.
