Job Description
- Logging inventory/tickets/software requests
- Go into the office 2-3 days a week
- Setting up machines for new hires
- Help with hardware requests, real-time tech support within the office
- Upgrading machines to ensure hardware matches team needs
- Able to write documentation and guides for common problems and how to help with them
- Cleanup of physical hardware in the office
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Passionate about technology and gaming
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to ask the right questions
- Self-starter
- Toronto-based with the ability to be in-studio at least 2-3 days a week
