About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our international IT Support team, working across multiple locations around the globe to support our fast-growing team with their software and hardware management. You would be working with a highly creative, and high performing team, who are creating games played by millions of users.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage our internal helpdesk service for software and hardware configuration, hardware purchases and repair, licenses, SaaS access, etc
• Keep the internal inventory of all employee workstations, bringing them to a single configuration standard and monitoring timely upgrades
• Regularly audit software and licenses
• Planning for the budgeting and purchase of hardware and licenses, supplier management, control, and budget optimization
• Maintaining the security of our internal IT infrastructure
• Creating and deleting accounts and access rights for mail, Jira, slack, printer, video conferencing, office access systems, etc
• Making sure reliable internet connection and computer networks in the office
• New employee setup
• Closing access and deleting accounts for people leaving the company
• Writing IT support documentation for employees

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in related field
• You are an advanced user of Apple and Windows software and hardware
• Strong experience with Google Workspace services, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), Mobile Device Management software, Apple Business Manager software
• Strong knowledge of network integration and cyber security
• Independent, responsible, and able to make decisions quickly
• Discipline, attention to detail, organized, with good planning skills and time management
