IT Support Specialist

PUBG Corp is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will be full-time in our Santa Monica, California location.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the smooth running of our computer systems, resolving issues related to help and support, implementing and maintaining our office’s computing needs, as well as ensuring all infrastructure conforms to companywide requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven professional record and detailed knowledge of the game industry’s best practices. He or she must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver information to the Santa Monica office and coordinate with the IT team in our headquarters in Seoul.

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• 3+ years of experience working in an IT support related role
• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field preferred
• Will need to coordinate with PUBG Global Offices
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of OS X preferred
• Experience with Powershell preferred
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs and the pushing and pulling of carts if necessary.
