IT Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the new hire onboarding process by enrolling team members in our internal systems (Google, Azure, etc)
- Own end-to-end management of systems access, partnering closely with Operations and People Operations
- Manage all software and hardware licensing, including purchasing and renewals
- Implement and advise on security policies, internal IT audits, and ongoing security trainings
- Create and maintain internal documentation on Helpdesk and IT policies and user support
- Monitor and maintain records of equipment assets and software tracking
- Support and drive integration and automation projects to help our team scale and optimize for efficient work
- Manage the set up, configuration, and upgrades required to maintain team equipment
- Assist with the offboarding process, including system and asset management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk function
- Ability to communicate knowledgeably, clearly, and compassionately with all team members
- Experience in building IT knowledge bases and developing and executing on policies
- In-depth practical knowledge and troubleshooting ability in common technical systems
- Experience working in a remote environment
