IT Support Specialist

We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our busy studios and support driving CI Games Studios forward as we experience exponential growth.
To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with exceptional attention to detail whilst delivering excellent customer service to those within the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a first-class experience, taking initiative, and maintaining passion for high quality work, is required for this rewarding yet often demanding role.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Provide technical support for the business
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems remotely as they arise
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Monitor and support ongoing scheduled maintenance of IT equipment and repairs
- Set up accounts for new users
- Updating technical documentation
- Systems reports
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Very good knowledge of computer hardware and the ability to diagnose problems
- Knowledge of MS Windows systems and Office packages
- Basic knowledge of computer networks, Windows and Linux server systems
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Very good organisational skills
- An ability to prioritise workload
- A technical and logical thought process
- A degree in computer science or related field would be an advantage
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in English
