IT Support Analyst

As part of a dedicated IT Support team in London, you will have a unique opportunity to build a career in a cutting edge technology department. You will join a team of experienced IT support staff and will be constantly challenged in a modern, fast paced environment.

As an IT Support Analyst at Improbable you will be responsible for helping prioritise the outstanding workload in our Jira service desk. You will also need to use your experience in troubleshooting technical hardware, fixing system issues, maintaining onboarding processes, managing access control and assisting in the deployment of global level IT initiatives.

As a unit, we collaborate globally with distributed teams world-wide from a variety of different backgrounds such as our games studios, engineering teams, corporate functions and more. We’re working to leverage the latest hardware and cloud hosting technologies in order to manage, build and support our organisation. Our common goal is to enable Improbable to identify, iterate and automate processes in order to optimise workloads.

Competencies

• Demonstrable experience in managing support issues within a global I.T. team such as assisting in the creation and management of new users, managing access in-line with strict security guidelines and building bespoke hardware for development.
• Ability to be compliance-centric with a measured approach to system access control and governing an enterprise environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS (including centralised configuration, active directory & update management etc.).
• Solid system administration skills such as account management, permissions, log analysis etc.
• You prioritise automation and believe that computers are better than humans for mundane tasks.
• An inherent drive for helping others help themselves through appropriate tooling and documentation.
