Atlassian Stack Administrator

The IT Solutions team is part of the Global IT department responsible for corporate applications and services.The team is responsible for supporting and developing the Atlassian stack applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye/Crucible).
What will you do?
- Administrate internal corporate applications, such as Jira, Confluence, FishEye/Crucible, and Bitbucket
- Solve user requests/incidents at the system administrator level (L3)
- Solve server and application database operability incidents and issues
- Advise colleagues and maintain documentation
- Update, monitor, and support the operation and development of Atlassian applications
What are we looking for?
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Excellent understanding of the principles of operation of the Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket applications
- Intermediate (or higher) level of English
- Willingness to grow technically and research tasks in depth to find unconventional solutions
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Practical experience with Linux system administration
- Knowledge of Python (or another language at a level sufficient to create automation scripts)
- Experience in creating SQL queries
- Understanding of operation principles and experience in configuring application servers (Java, SQL databases, Proxy servers)
