The System Administrator enables our employees to work as secure and efficiently as possible. You are in charge of managing all IT-related security and safety topics within the company. You will develop systems and policies, as well as overseeing the implementation of procedures to secure data. You also implement systems aimed toward preventing malware infections of company computer hardware.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing, administering, and troubleshooting network security solutions.
- Maintaining hardware and software assets
- Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction.
- Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
- Configuring and supporting security tools, such as firewalls and anti-virus software.
- Consulting with staff, managers, and executives about the best security practices and providing technical advice.
- Leading internal IT (security) audits and offering support in external IT audits

QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Able to work remotely but also able to visit our studio in The Hague.
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT infrastructures, networks and security.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
