IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter , well versed in hiring Engineers to help rapidly scale our Tech & Data organization.

We are in high growth mode and need an experienced, driven Recruiter obsessed with funnel optimization to make sure we're converting the right candidates quickly in our talent hubs in Europe and Eastern Europe.

The right person will be an organized, self-starter who knows how to prioritize their day and build meaningful relationships across the organization quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Full lifecycle recruiting across all Tech & Data roles in Kyiv and Barcelona
• Partner with People Ops team to ensure recruiting and hiring process is efficient and streamlined
• Work closely with hiring managers across Tilting Point to develop an understanding of department culture, initiatives, and talent profiles to accomplish the hiring needs of the business
• Manage new hire request process from approval stage: partner with team leads to write and define job descriptions, post the role, review incoming resumes and advance stages as necessary
• Aggressively build, engage and convert pipelines of qualified talent
• Build and run efficient interview processes from top to bottom
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent
• Set the bar for recruiting excellence by demonstrating execution and a high standard for talent in your own searches
• Manage and maintain list of quality engineering job post sources
• Partner with People ops on compensation initiatives, rolling out and maintaining salary bands for Ukrainian IT market

Your XP:

• 2-4 years of experience recruiting mid-senior Engineers in high-tech environments
• Existing network of Engineering talent
• Proficient in an ATS Software (we use Greenhouse)
• Highly collaborative with the desire to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment
• You are data driven
• You are a relationship builder, an excellent networker
