Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for Art, Engineering, PMO, ITS, Production and Office positions
- Working closely with internal customer, coordination during hiring process
- Adaptation process and support for new employee during trial period organize newcomers first day, regular meetings during trial period, trial end meetings
- Hiring planning and regular reporting
- Participation in other HR projects
Requirements
- 1,5+ years of experience in recruitment: IT or GameDev area
- Experience of using different sources depending on needs
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to work independently to achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to details
- Good spoken and written English
