Job Description
Ubisoft IT is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our teams in establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic security initiatives as member of the Security & Risk Management (SRM) Department. Your focus on the medium term will be to plan, orchestrate and deliver critical projects prioritized from the security portfolio of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, challenge and consolidate the needs of stakeholders to define and maintain project objectives and key results, scope, metrics, as well as validate project deliverables;
- Be responsible for management of project activities to meet project scope, budget and schedule and elicit standard project management artefacts ̶track KPIs and escalate variances as necessary to the appropriate stakeholders;
- Assist team leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) in identifying and planning short and long term project priorities and requirements, in JIRA backlog;
- Develop communication plans and interfaces with multiple stakeholders to execute on responsibilities;
- Contribute to the elaboration of budget forecasts for fiscal year budget planning;
- Act as a coach for team members on project management and Agile best practices, providing leadership and expertise on project management and agile standards;
- Seek out opportunities to improve SRM management activities .
Qualifications
- Significant experience in IT project management and thorough mastery of both Waterfall and Agile (scrum and Kanban) practices in an international distributed environment;
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Demonstrate leadership skills, critical thinking and a problem-solving attitude.
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders, motivate teams, and deliver tough messages tactfully;
- Experience building and leveraging wide professional networks to advance team goals;
- Have a customer centric approach, , to incorporate customer feedback to refine scope throughout the project life cycle.
