IT Project Manager Infrastructure – Ubisoft Enterprise Infrastructure team (W/M/NB)

Job Description
This position is part of the Ubisoft IT Department, based in the EAME HQ office in Saint-Mande, specifically within an Infrastructure Project Management team. Projects in the scope have direct relations with our studios and teams creating Ubisoft's games.
You will be mainly responsible for infrastructure projects.
On this position, your missions shall be the following:
- Need gathering from stakeholders in our studios and budget constitution;
- Collaborate with different technical teams to translate business functional needs into technical and financial scenarios;
- Manage and participate in supplier negotiation, contract management with stakeholders (renewal, follow up), consumption measurement;
- On-site or remote project follow-up, managing and controlling delays, costs and quality;
- Studio infrastructure audits;
- Participate in connectivity strategy and its deployment;
- Participate in process and project standards documentation and framework evolution;
- Keep good working relationships with studios and HQ stakeholder.
Your projects may include various technical domains, such as:
- Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Security;
- Network, Telecom, remote work technology;
- Server room (cooling/power calculations);
- Systems (mainly Microsoft and Linux environment);
- SAAS contracts follow-up.
Qualifications
Relevant experience
To succeed in this position, you will need the following:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relational skills;
- Strong teamwork ability (including giving visibility and gathering feedback);
- Strong autonomy and commitment capacity, curious and eager to learn mindset;
- Prioritization and change management strong consciousness;
- Waterfall and agile project methodologies knowledge;
- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure, telecommunication and other technical topics related to Operations;
- Fluent professional English proficiency;
- Microsoft Office professional usage (PowerPoint/Excel/Word);
- Open to international business travels according to the country’s health rules – for missions and workshops around 6 weeks a year into a foreign country.
Here are some bonus skills that would make your profile a strong fit for the position:
- Ideally, trained or certified on project management (i.e. PMP, agile, or Prince2);
- Knowledge of collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence);
- OSI model knowledge;
- Experience in an international, distributed and challenging environment.

Recruitment process
[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with a the Team Lead EMEA & APAC Project Manager, who is the manager of the position, and with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : you will be presenting a use case during a one-hour visio interview in front of 3 Senior Project Managers from the team,
[60 minutes] : final visio interview with the Director of the department.
