Job Purpose

The role of IT Project Manager (Business Systems) is a pivotal role in delivering valuable application change. The Project Manager, successful in this role will be experienced in working with solution development teams and managing multiple workstreams across a solution delivery roadmap.

The role is focused on managing the working environment in which the solution is evolving. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the management of the project at a high level.

The role of Project Manager supports the Business Systems team and facilitates team interaction, communication and active collaboration across multiple groups and discipline.

Working alongside these groups the Project Manager will ensure the efficient workflow and smooth delivery of core functionality, and services provided by Business Systems team.

This role is key to driving operational efficiency, and process excellence to facilitate continued growth and achievement to ensure competitive advantage for SEW.

The Business Systems team deliver Business Application Management services (functional and technical) across the SEW group. This includes ongoing system optimisation, product development as well as maintaining and managing existing systems day to day - Business as Usual (BAU).

The Business Systems team are also actively engaged in preliminary programme / project work across SEW teams in preparation for the deployment of the Global Financial Systems.
