IT Program Manager - P&CAristocratLas Vegas Nevada 89135 United States of America21 days agoApplySaveSummaryAs an IT Program Manager, you'll work with stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage IT workstreams and projects within the People &Culture (HR) program, monitor operations, and promote transparency. You’ll work to ensure collaboration, communication and visibility between IT and P&C, and successful delivery of complex projects. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, pride, and accountability as well as the flexibility to change priorities and solutions as required. You will be responsible for end-to-end quality of what is released under this program. You will be able to identify unaddressed issues, work on solutions or find the appropriate owner to ensure only high-quality deliverables are produced. As IT Program Manager, you will provide oversite for all IT workstreams, projects and program delivery within the P&C portfolio.What you'll doManage IT project managers and resources (including onsite and virtual contractors)Effectively manage and/or create all project governance and deliverables in their space (e.g. project governance documents, phase steps and gates, project meetings, etc.)Manage the P&C portfolio budget and individual project budgets for IT workstreamsProvide guidance on prioritization, capacity planning and resource allocation to the Business Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers and P&C LeadershipManage IT projects in the P&C portfolio, anywhere from 0% to 100% of the timeProactively identify problems and risks on projects or plans, seeking input from appropriate stakeholders, and escalating where necessaryWhat we're looking forHave five+ years of project management experience and two+ years guiding other project managers within a formal PMOCan demonstrate strong experience working within the P&C/HR portfolioStrong experience working with IT technical resources, system integrations and project deliveryStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationshipsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills to all audiences, including C-LevelAbility to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in strategyLas Vegas resident preferred.
