Job Description
The IT Production Manager is responsible for implementing best processes, methods and tools to deliver quality pre-launch, launch and post-launch of a portfolio of Ubisoft Games as well as services.
In other words, you are the champion of the delivery, reliability, resilience and operational excellence for the online infrastructure of Ubisoft games, maintaining a balance between our partners happiness and games’ infrastructure health.
Also known as a Squad Lead, you will coordinate a small team of technical resources and ensure the advancement of production objectives. You will oversees the planning and management of the online infrastructure for production, ensuring seamless transition into Operations and guard the on-going service delivery to players.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, IT, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in IT (development or operations)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management (waterfall, agile or both)
- Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis is an asset
- Technical background in either software development, IT operations, IT management or software development management (asset)
- Scrum master, Agile Coach or PMP certifications (asset)
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written); French fluency is an asset
- Broad understanding of IT technologies and business considerations
