IT Procurement Administrator

Ensure Guerrilla’s IT procurement administration runs like a well oiled machine.

Our IT Team

Guerrilla’s IT team is the backbone of our studio; they support our Guerrillas in all IT tech needs. The team plans, maintains and secures a large, complex IT infrastructure, and is the first line of contact for our developers. Collectively, they ensure our Devs have access to all the necessary hard- and software required to craft incredible entertainment experiences, and provide technical support on all fronts to keep them operational.

What you will do

As IT Procurement Admin you’ll be part of the IT team and report directly to the IT Director. We will look to you to make sure purchase orders and record keeping are fully in order, to maintain and optimize our procurement processes and much more. You can expect to source software, hardware and anything IT related independently, including supplier selection, negotiations and relationship management. In more complex scenarios, you’ll collaborate with your colleagues in IT at Guerrilla and your peers within Sony Interactive Entertainment / Sony (Europe / Global)

• Develop Guerrilla’s sourcing strategy; IT vendor / supplier management, developing procurer portfolio strategies, administering IT supplier relationships, measuring purchasing performance, and communicating with procurement contractors.
• Develop a disciplined process to track and control inventory management to facilitate such things as budgeting, help desk, life-cycle management, software release distribution, change management, disaster recovery planning, software maintenance, warranty coverage, stock and license management.
• Implement, maintain and keep up to date the systems and tools used to provide Inventory management.
• Ensure continuity for both hardware and software by leveraging the information within Inventory management tooling.
• Define and track meaningful process metrics on an ongoing basis
• Manage and operate the entire procurement process and improve where possible to provide agility.
• Resolve financial status and physical disposal of excess or obsolete assets.
• Organizing procurement documentation

• 5 Year+ experience with; purchasing, vendor management, negotiation and inventory management.

Extra points

You have knowledge of, and prior experience with:

• Working within the Gaming industry
• Working for large (global) enterprises as small businesses
• Understanding and experience with tooling like SAP, Service Now, Sales Force, O365
• Inventory (asset) management tooling setup
