What You'll Do
We're looking for an IT Outsource Coordinator (Contract) to support the IT processes of the Fortnite Outsource Team across the game development and art disciplines. You will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure resources working on Fortnite are set up for success and will coordinate the onboarding and provisioning needs of these resources with Epic IT.
In This Role You Will
- Support contractor onboarding by submitting and coordinating IT account activation requests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact on the Fortnite Outsource team for any ad-hoc IT escalations from external vendor teams and internal production teams.
- Coordinate active IT tickets via JIRA Help Desk and track outcomes within Airtable.
- Anticipate and submit contractor deactivation requests as needed via proactive and predictive management of contractor databases.
- Maintain effective lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate IT issues and resolve any urgent escalations.
- Prepare agendas and meet bi-weekly with Epic IT Admins to manage onboarding requests, triage access issues, and resolve outstanding blockers to work.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Some IT and/or Games experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with office applications; prior experience with Jira, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, MS Office and Google Docs
