IT Infrastructure Manager

The role of a IT Infrastructure Manager is a highly collaborative one, committed to achieving the highest standards of IT infrastructure and related services in line with business requirements and the Global IT / Regional IT team objectives.
The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of IT Infrastructure in support of the business as well as supporting the delivery of strategic Global and Regional IT initiatives.
This role will work with Regional and Global IT management to assist with development of Global standards and provide technically knowledgeable, proactive input.
We are offering hybrid working for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Local Aspects
- Provide leadership and support to local IT personnel
- Responsibility for local studio IT budget (planning and execution)
- Manage local IT team and ensure highest standard service delivered to the IT customers
- Work with the local team to develop team skills and provide technically knowledgeable, proactive, problem solving team members
- Work closely with Regional IT Director, Service Line Directors and Production Teams to support all aspects of business as usual activities.
- Provide support to Regional IT Director in all infrastructure related questions and initiatives
- Work with production teams to ensure that regional infrastructure is meeting their needs and also aligned with IT standards and budgets
- Provide expertise and take a lead in the design and delivery of IT infrastructure in line with Global and Regional standards.
- Participate in acquisitions and provide support to Regional IT Director and Studios with integration related activities.
- Accountable for support and maintenance of IT infrastructure related projects and installations.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning of regional and related global infrastructure development.
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies and makes recommendations for technology growth.
- Identify opportunities to reduce regional infrastructure cost.
- Collaborate with Global IT team and participate in infrastructure related discussions.
- Support the Global IT Managers to improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organisational goals
- Collaborate with the global team delivering IT initiatives, assist with regional infrastructure projects and maintain effective communication lines with all stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong technical background with 5+ years’ experience in IT Management role delivering infrastructure, applications and IT service support.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, Windows networking, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint
- Strong technical knowledge of Network, Storage and Server equipment and production setups
- Strong passion for and experience with Change Management processes
- Demonstrable evidence of understanding of ITIL functions, processes and
- Demonstrable evidence of successful collaboration with peers and distributed IT teams
