The IT Support Technician position is responsible for maintaining desktops (PC, Mac) environments. This person will be responsible for hardware installation (new hire setups), office moves, troubleshooting end user issues, user account management, general video conferencing and AV support. This person must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have strong interpersonal skills.

This position is based in our Barcelona office.

Your main responsibilities will require:

Deployment and setup of computers (Mac OS X and Windows)

Provisioning and deprovisioning of several SaaS accounts (Pagerduty, Lastpass, Datadog, Autodesk, Adobe, G Suite, O365…)

Admin knowledge of GSuite

Comfortable delivering presentations in front of an audience, including on-boarding and some IT training

At least 3 years of experience delivering on-site helpdesk support

Manage computer’s life cycle and inventory

Hardware and software procurement in accordance with finance team’s guidelines

Basic knowledge of directory services used to authenticate and manage users and computers (e.g. JumpCloud)

Familiar with security best practices

Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting audio visual and video conference equipment (Zoom)

Service request tracking and resolution using both JIRA and Freshdesk

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Good understanding in networking and WiFi implementation and maintenance

Passion for helping others

Good time-managing skills, self-organization and availability to focus and to prioritize

Flexibility to work out of office hours from time to time

Good command of Spanish and English

EU working permit

Experience managing Meraki’s systems and networks

Experience in Jamf Pro Suite

Experience to manage systems to manage inventory and Windows computers

Experience managing SaaS and with SSO tools like OKTA

Experience with cloud directories as JumpCloud.
