IT Help Desk Coordinator

As Level Ex continues to grow we’re in need of an experienced IT Help Desk Coordinator. Reporting to our System Administrator, you’ll function as the Tier II support IT help desk technician. You will bring best practices to Level Ex and be the owner and driver of the whole lifecycle of the IT department along with performing both technical and administrative tasks with both onsite and remote employees.
What You’ll Be Doing with Us
- Implement and follow protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
- Provide advice and assistance to users on the most suitable IT choices
- Assist in purchase approval chain for IT equipment
- Provide technical support and training for users on systems and networks
- Act as a link between end-users and higher-level support
- Assist in maintaining licenses and upgrade schedules
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Assist in coordinating shipping and receiving of IT assets
- Assist in tracking the lifecycle of IT assets
- Design, plan and execute training on the use of systems for the company
- Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience
- +2 years experience in help desk support and IT coordination role
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities along with verbal and written communication skills
- Experience tracking and updating work through a managed ticketing system
- Experience with administering or troubleshooting cloud products including Google, Atlassian, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft, and others
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues related to hardware and 3rd party software including Allegorithmic, Autodesk, Pixologic, Unity, and others
- Experience troubleshooting on both Windows and Mac hardware
- Experience working in a software development environment, ideally, game development, is a huge plus
