What We Do
Create and maintain a proactive and stable IT environment as well as provide IT support to our Epic people. You will be empowered to shape processes that deliver optimized IT service across our business. Work with emerging technologies while enabling IT success for everyone.
What You'll Do
Epic is looking for a new IT HR User lifecycle coordinator. This role is liaison for the IT and HR departments with regards to onboarding and offboarding of new users to assure alignment between IT and HR needs.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate new hire account creation with IT per HR requirements
- Communicate new hire start date changes with IT
- Request initial new hire hardware and coordinate shipment
- Coordinate and communicate departures to IT for account closures and data retention
- Coordinate name/account changes on the IT side of accounts if needed
- Communicate user moves with IT to ensure hardware/software compliance per region
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Ownership of applications and databases specific to the onboarding process
What we're looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures and how they relate to IT permissions and governance
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software
- Associate’s degree/HND in human resources or related field or a t least two years related experience required
