Your Mission

Activision Central Tech is looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to help support our users in the UK and EU regions. The role will be based out of Sherman Oaks, California and will work with the Sr. IT Manager in the US. You will be primarily responsible for providing all levels of IT support for both on-site and remote users and systems. It will be essential in this role to have the capability and the willingness to provide support in all IT areas including help desk, asset management, monitoring, data storage and backup. You will need to be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, studio environment. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of teams and users.
