Job Description
Sales E-Commerce within Ubisoft IT is a team that works in collaboration with the Direct to Player and Sales teams, whose mission is to build the best buying and subscription experiences for our players.
As the IT Director of Sales E-Commerce, your role will be to actively contribute to the implementation of strategies to support the evolution of Ubisoft's various business models. In collaboration with your business partners, you will define and deliver the roadmap, ensure system performance and cost optimization, while supporting the group's strong growth and making the most of the investments made.
You will also be responsible for defining the long term technology vision of the IT Sales E-Commerce domain, continuing the transformation of the e-commerce and Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities, and moving the information systems portfolio towards more automation and digital disruption.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business sponsors and other IT teams to build a common vision for the E-Commerce/SCM IT strategy, while ensuring that it is aligned with Ubisoft's overall goals and strategy;
- Ensure IT solutions are created both on their intrinsic qualities (added value, innovation and user experience) and their alignment with business priorities, processes and needs;
- Be the guarantor of the proper execution of the IT Sales roadmap;
- Establish a clear and efficient prioritization of all projects;
- Manage the entire team and participate in the coaching and development of all members of your team as well as participate in recruitment;
- Participate in the transformation of the way of working towards a product-oriented organization, and pursue the implementation of Agile practices;
- Work together with stakeholders to develop these new ways of working;
- Collaborate on the implementation of a Product Stage gate, to ensure continuous alignment with business partners and product strategy;
- Define and implement governance for the entire program;
- Optimize and validate the budgets related to the various projects in the domain and act as a facilitator for the teams by ensuring optimal and transparent communication with internal partners and sponsors.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience in IT project teams, including leadership roles in sales and e-commerce oriented IT programs;
- Strong experience in managing large technology teams;
- Excellent IT project management skills: budget, planning, staffing;
- Ability to interact and collaborate in a complex and rapidly changing ecosystem;
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset.
