We're looking for a talented IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for our IT and Cloud corporate infrastructure.
You will be suggesting, implementing and deploying new solutions together with maintaining the existing infrastructure, assuring that all our systems are in optimal condition, providing the best service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading our global corporate On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure. This includes Servers, Storage appliances, Active network equipment, Firewalls and Cloud services.
- Providing support for a variety of cloud-related SaaS applications, with a strong focus on endpoint security platforms such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway, Cloud-based EDR, and other cutting-edge endpoint security technologies.
- Defining network policies and procedures, including design and implementation of network communication systems.
- Monitoring network performance, including availability, utilization, throughput, QoS, and latency, to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal network operation.
- Identify IT related business requirements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with our security team to implement technology and security policies, safeguarding our systems and data from potential threats.
- Play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT infrastructure in new offices worldwide, contributing to our global expansion.
- Diagnose and resolve technical IT systems issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Offer guidance and assistance to the IT support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Assist with IT purchasing decisions and processes as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in networking, routing, switching, access points, firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate - An advantage).
- Hands-on experience in managing Linux servers, including CentOS, Ubuntu or Red Hat.
- Familiarity with IT directory services infrastructures and protocols, including Okta/Single Sign-On, Azure Active Directory, DNS, and LDAP.
- Familiarity with a wide range of cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, security, and monitoring on AWS or GCP platforms.
- Familiarity with NAS storage systems (NetApp, Dell EMC - An advantage).
- Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using Bash, Python, PowerShell - An advantage.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning - An advantage.
- Ability to lead projects from proof of concept (PoC) to production, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
- High customer orientation and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be on-call to support critical production incidents when required.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
