Job Description
Ubisoft's Enterprise Data Marketing team is currently looking for a Business Analyst to work with business and analytics teams in order to identify and transform business needs into solutions. You will work on projects for new needs as well as operations to improve the current solutions for the data domain. Those solutions should help marketing teams to take decisions and assess the performance of our strategy across different channels in order to improve the customer journey.
The Enterprise Data Marketing team has an international footprint and company-wide impact integrating virtually all Ubisoft’s marketing tools and partners data. Your role will require you to be a facilitator and adopt a “servant-leader” approach to guide the distributed Scrum organization based in Montreal, Paris and San Francisco. You will encourage teams to self-organize in order to ensure smooth, efficient, and quality-oriented development processes to ensure the product evolution meet clients’ expectations.
As Enterprise Data is reviewing its architecture to move to a cloud paradigm and moving to a data product mindset, you will need to drive change and rupture in order to deliver a new overall product that should deliver the best value possible to the business.
You will help inspire and drive the team to deliver amazing features, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and inner drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize needs and features provided by users on our data product;
- Identify and document business rules, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Ensure a good relationship with data users and support business use cases when required;
- Participate as a member of the team to the guidelines on documentation and processes;
- Participate as a member of the team on parts of the project plan;
- Being available to support the project team when required;
- Support the testing guideline and actions;
- Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation;
- Set up some data visualization when required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of business process design;
- Good knowledge of Requirement Management;
- Good knowledge of the analysis and conception of IT software and systems;
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and its relation to applications and business services, an asset;
- Understanding of interface ergonomics and design;
- French and English is a must both orally and written.
