Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks an IT Applications Administrator II in San Diego, CA to support Atlassian suite and other global IT Application products. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience monitoring IT Application support queues and ensuring a timely response and resolution to incoming requests. Prior experience must include three (3) years of performing application platform maintenances and upgrades; managing and administering Atlassian software application products including JIRA and Confluence; working with customer teams on configuring and managing their workflows, user accounts, custom fields, and dashboards in JIRA; monitoring server usage and working with DevOps team to maintain architectural integrity; working on process automation using scripting and integration platforms; installing, configuring, testing, and managing plug-ins; administering and solving user access and permissions issues for Project Management Tools including Trello and Wrike applications; and participating in technology-focused risk mitigation planning. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$111,322 — $143,300 USD
