Reporting to the HK Senior Office manager, this role will be responsible for all internal IT support for the HK office and all remote team members reporting to the HK office.
What You'll Do:
- Tier 1 Helpdesk: Provide in-office systems troubleshooting for Hong Kong team, and build guides that solve for most FAQs for global team.
- Security: Ensure security of local devices both from theft and network intrusions using our internal software and anti-virus.
- Hardware Procurement: Ensure hardware for HK office is ordered, properly counted/indexed, and provided to the team members.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate counts of all important hardware and equipment in the HK office, ensuring nothing is lost.
- SaaS Software Management: Manage the company's internal 3rd party software, ensuring strong configurations, competitive pricing, and appropriate license usage. This will also include managing our SSO framework, and onboarding new tools into SSO as they are acquired.
- Meeting Room Telepresence Support: Ensure all meeting room technology and software are appropriately maintained, including video and audio.
- Office Physical Security: Manage HK office security systems, office keycard systems, and printer security.
- Project Management: As the organization scales, this role will participate in projects to further develop the Sandbox internal IT infrastructure.
