Who We’re Looking For:
Skillz is looking for a tenacious, innovative and driven IT Specialist to support all IT needs. This role will report to the IT Manager within our operations team but will partner with team members throughout the business to identify needs, architect solutions and resolve issues to match the growth of our rapidly scaling business.
What You Will Do:
- Support our end-users with any IT issues that may arise, delivering world class service within SLA’s
- Follow processes required in daily work for company compliance with federal regulations and infrastructure security
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain AV systems for virtual and physical spaces
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues
Your Skillz:
- BS / BA
- 5+ years of work experience in IT
- 3+ years of experience with AV systems and video conferencing platform support
- Customer service oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting / critical thinking skills
- Experience with desktop or laptop support
- Experience supporting AV systems
- Experience Macs and PCs (OSX and Windows 10)
- Process oriented, with the ability to develop and execute IT processes
- General understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts
Bonus:
- Experience with Google Workspace management
- Experience with Slack integrations and tools
