Deciding to expand its portfolio of products further, Voodoo has more recently announced that it will invest $200M in blockchain gaming studios, to lead the transformation of mobile gaming.

Team
Voodoo's Gaming business unit is made up of hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, casual, mid-core and blockchain experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
The team currently includes six internal studios or roughly 50 people managed by a VP Hyper Casual Studios. You will contribute to expand this team to many more studios as well as support roles to steer their operations.
Role
As Studio Operations Manager, you will be working very closely with the VP of Hyper Casual Studio to launch, acquire and grow Hyper Casual and Blockchain-based gaming studios.
This role will have a critical impact on the core business of Voodoo, to further launch best-in-class Hyper Casual & Block-chain-based games and reach millions of customers.
- To work with the VP Hyper Casual Studio to develop and implement the studio's strategy
- To help source and hire Studio Directors
- To work hand in hand with Studio Directors to build their teams and launch their operations
- To identify potential M&A targets
- To monitor Studios' results and develop processes to improve them
Profile
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Versatile mind, ability to learn fast and challenge business as usual operations
- Top tier consulting firm solid experience (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or equivalent)
- Passion about the tech industry
- Business or Engineering school
