The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR team across our growing & thriving business functions. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about HR and excited about the opportunity to grow in their career with an inclusive, transparent and global entertainment company. This role will be based in our SF office and is structured as a hybrid work from office/ remote opportunity. The HR Specialist will report to the Sr. Director, Human Resources and partner with a close-knit and collaborative team of HR and Talent Acquisition Partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Promote positive employee relationships through communication and interpretation of HR policies
- Process newly hired employees including communicating with new hires on start dates and data entry into the HRIS
- Work in conjunction with HR team to build and enhance HR processes
- Assist the company in promoting our corporate culture through supporting company meetings and events
- Administer mobility program (international moves, immigration, relocation)
- Manage the entire onboarding and off boarding process of our contingent workforce
- Assist with HR communications
- Administer Rewards programs
- Conduct employment verifications
- Maintain employee records
- Willingness to take on other HR projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management
- The ability to handle and maintain and high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information is a must
- Strong Microsoft Office skill, including Excel
- Experience using HRIS system
- Willing to tackle both project/program management and administrative tasks
