Job Description:

As the HR Generalist - you'll report to Sophia Oh - our Senior People Business Partner and spearhead the administration and execution of the People Operations organization. Your role involves being the data adherence lead for our People Operations team while delivering an HR function that delights our entire employee population. In this role, you’ll be a Data Integrity & Compliance Expert, a Resourceful Problem Solver, a Cultural Advocate, and a Cross-Functional Partner; in terms of experience we hope you’ll have:

• Proven experience supporting high-volume, diverse employee base with industry-leading level of service.
• 2+ years of HR operations and administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in a start-up or turnaround environment preferred.
• Bonus points for SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or related certifications.
• Starting Total Compensation: Base + Bonus (if applicable) + Equity = $118,000.00
