The HR Business Partner team supports efforts to improve Riot’s company culture, increase morale, advocate employee engagement efforts, partner on employee relations issues, performance management, coaching, organizational issues and the development of leaders and managers. The group partners across the broader HR department and the company to provide value to management and the employees.

As a HR Coordinator reporting to the Sr Director, HRBPs, you will work closely with HRBPs, People Team Operations and other People Team Partners to ensure People Team processes and services are delivered with excellence. You’ll continually seek process improvements, share key takeaways across the team, and support initiatives. You will have a unique opportunity to gain visibility into different parts of the company and to enter into the HR generalist function at Riot Games.
