Job Description

Vision of the role:

This intern will play a key role in providing high standards of people excellence through executional support to the HRBP and broader local HR Team on assigned people process and programs. People matters include, but are not limited to: recruitment, payroll, on & off boarding, employee file retention and management, performance management, training & development support. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be agile, logical and responsible in a fast-paced creative environment. Demonstrating a high proficiency with tools including Word, Excel, and the Microsoft Suite of tools is a plus.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Works in partnership with HRBP to prepare for payroll process

· Coordinates new hire’s workplace, HR information, and preparation, process

· Assist in administration of personnel files and proper management and storage (JDs, Contracts, Resume etc.)

· Assist in posted recruitment position management on local websites, coordinate test and interviews

· Assist in preparing or editing of internal communication

· Support preparation of development and culture activities such as share-time, gaming session, teambuilding

· Support HRBP in updating process and policies

· Assist in HR projects on-demand

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Familiar with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and the rest of the MS Office Suite

· Reliable, open to learn and keen interest in Human Resource field
