The Sandbox VR People Team is comprised of three major functional areas, People Ops & Systems, Centers of Excellence, and our Business Partners. You’ll be a part of our Business Partner function, serving as one of the primary points of contact for US Retail employee inquiries on HR-related topics and become a liaison between the People Team and the business, aiding in strategies that serve both areas.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Gain a strong understanding of SBVR’s Retail business and develop strong relationships, collaborating with key partners and stakeholders across the Retail org
- Take the lead on OKRs and initiatives that ensure our store experience function is well prepared to hire, engage, and retain our store team members.
- Directly support Store Managers and District Leaders throughout their entire Sandbox VR employee lifecycle
- Provide People focused expertise in the areas of performance management and employee relations inclusive of conducting or guiding internal investigations and performing terminations in partnership with the Director of Global Business Partners
- Host stay and exit interviews for store leadership. Report and analyze trends and recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot inquiries from employees and utilize resources with the company to proactively find solutions
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of policy and procedure, as needed

- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
