Job Brief
We are looking for a HR Generalist who will manage the front line Human Resources to deliver an effective, efficient and legally compliant human resource service across this industry which meets the needs of our organization and achieves value for growth and excellence.
Support and assist the head of Human Resources, HR Business Partner, and Co-Founder to, propose, research, consult on and implement new initiatives that promote Salad Ventures as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Manage employees' grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Track daily performance of our players and update relevant databases for tracking
- Assist in the Company's training sessions and events and also any new projects when required by the Company. Your role and reporting relationships will change as the business grows and evolves
- Research about the different NFTs and can be able to come up with a presentation using PPT and the like
- And any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and GSuite
